The staff made me wait outside for a long time at 3 am with my infant while she played computer games. And when I said excuse me and rudely made a face and asked if I had a problem. Because of her I will never stay here again m.

Due to Covid Corona Corona Rona there was no breakfast. There was nothing offered to replace breakfast. There was access to laundry ..the staff was hospitable,friendly, did their best do to the times we are in with epidemic. Bag breafst of orange juice or apple or snack could have been provided. Room service good extended check out 1p.m. would have been nice.

The mattress was comfortable. The night staff were terrific. We had an a/c problem and it was handled immediately.

My experience was great except for the day of check out. Housekeeper walked into my room at 9am without knocking trying to clean the room. We told her check out is at 11am. She returned at 10:45 knocked once then walked in with any one saying come in. We just packed up and left.
